Physiotherapy
PHYSIO LONDON offers a wide range of evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to help cure all musculoskeletal aches and pains, restore full range of pain free movement, strength and function. We also provide tailored exercise programmes to address any abnormal movement patterns or muscle imbalances so as to maintain improvement and prevent further injury or pain. A pain in one limb may be caused by a problem in another. Our focus is on the assessment and diagnosis, so as to treat the cause of the pain not just the symptoms. Our aim is to prevent unnecessary medication and surgery.
Our Treatments
Physio London treats pain, injury, post fracture/surgery, post natal, arthritis, hypermobility & scoliosis.

All musculoskeletal pain/injury - any bone, joint, muscle, tendon, nerve or ligament.
General Physiotherapy treatment
Manual therapy including mobilisations, manipulation, soft tissue techniques, Electrotherapy, bespoke exercise programmes, postural correction, gait re-education (foot orthotics), taping, range of movement & strengthening exercises, postural correction and core strengthening exercises, muscle imbalance treatment, balance & coordination training, advice and education including self- management.
Specialist Sports physiotherapy
Acute trauma and overuse injuries with sports specific rehab. We understand the specific needs of sports people, specific sports and the urgency to return to sport and the need to withstand the greater strains put on their bodies.
Repetitive Strain Injury
We have specialist knowledge & experience treating this condition & providing advice & exercise prescription for prevention.
Running Clinic
Running assessment will detect biomechanical faults or inefficiencies that would result in injury. It will include specific flexibility and strength testing. The assessment will be used to advise on technique and exercises to improve running performance including advice on your training schedule. It will help spot signs of injury and show how to adapt training to prevent injury.
Arthritis Management
Advice, education, hands-on therapy and targeted exercises.
Workstation Assessments
We provide workstation assessments, posture correction & desk based exercises. We can also provide in person or online talks for computer users to educate, advise, treat & prevent back, neck or arm symptoms.
Women's Pelvic Health
Treatment of pelvis and pelvic floor including post trauma, pre and post-natal and bladder/bowel dysfunction.
Hand Therapy
Manual therapy and specialised exercise rehabilitation for hand/wrist dysfunction/injury.
Falls prevention programme
Balance exercises, specific muscle strengthening, flexibility and functional exercises.
Sport fitness
Get fit to ski, play tennis and golf to name but a few – assessment, exercises and advice to improve performance and reduce risk of injury.
Additional services
We provide bespoke exercise sessions for rehabilitation or for specific strengthening, mobility or fitness goals.

How it Works
Initial consultation
Up to 45 min session including a full assessment, where a detailed history is taken followed by a physical examination to determine a diagnosis. We will devise a tailored treatment plan to address the problem and start the initial treatment, keeping you informed throughout.
Follow up consultation
Up to 30 min session involving ongoing assessment, treatment, exercises and advice. Sessions include mainly hands-on therapy including joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques.
Appointments can be made with or without a Doctor’s referral, meaning you can self-refer.
Normally you will be seen within 3 days.
Sally is registered with all the major healthcare insurers and has arrangements with many to bill them directly, negating the need for the patient to pay and then make a claim.
Sally is able to refer directly to Consultants and/or refer for investigations such as Xrays or MRI without the need to visit your GP.
